If you're looking for a gentle Pilates exercise programme in Eastbourne then I'm sure I can help.
My name is Jane Cremer and I am an experienced Pilates teacher.
I trained with Alan Herdman from 2004 - 2005. Alan brought the Pilates technique from America to the UK and opened his first London studio in 1970. I teach Pilates using equipment based on Joseph Pilates' original designs.
I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs). This is a National register for qualified fitness instructors who have achieved Government approved qualifications and training.
I am also listed on the pilates.co.uk website.

I offer Pilates sessions to the general public for a number of reasons:

I offer one to one individually tailored exercise sessions which will help you work towards your goals, strengthen core muscles + re-align muscle imbalances.
The use of equipment provides variety and focus and enhances the benefits of a Pilates session.
The venue is brand new, bright, warm and tranquil which promotes calm and concentration. Easy access - ground floor studio.
Easy parking.
Each session is £30 per hour. However you can make a £10 saving on each session if you prepay for 10 sessions.
I strive to ensure that each client gains the best possible outcome from every session.
